Who is Bouchra?
Bouchra Badhi is of Arab descent but was born, raised and educated in Belgium.
She is the Foundress, CEO & Senior Lymphatic Drainage Specialist of New Shape Center
by Bouchra, a luxury wellness and post-operative recovery center specializing in Manual
Lymphatic Drainage, body contouring, and advanced post-surgical care.
Personal Life & Biography
Born and raised in Belgium, Bouchra graduated from the prestigious Université Libre de
Bruxelles (ULB) after completing a five-year university program in Physiotherapy,
consisting of a three-year Bachelor’s degree followed by a two-year Master’s degree.
Her passion for Manual Lymphatic Drainage began during her university studies. While
treating patients, she witnessed the remarkable impact lymphatic drainage could have on
people’s recovery, comfort, and quality of life. Seeing those transformations inspired her to
dedicate her career to this unique speciality.
From that moment, Manual Lymphatic Drainage became far more than a profession—it
became her life’s passion.
Her international training includes advanced education in:

- Spain
- Italy
- Brazil
- Colombia
Bouchra believes that learning never ends. Every year she continues to attend advanced
courses, international masterclasses, and specialised training to refine her techniques and
ensure that New Shape clients always benefit from the latest evidence-based treatments
available worldwide.
She began her professional career in physiotherapy and lymphatic drainage in 2008,
giving her more than 17 years of clinical experience.
Throughout these years, she has treated thousands of clients from different countries,
developed her own treatment philosophy, trained therapists, and built treatment
protocols that combine science, precision, and personalised care.
For Bouchra, lymphatic drainage is not simply a massage.
It is a therapeutic art that requires anatomical knowledge, clinical expertise, precision,
patience, and a deep understanding of how every body heals differently.
Her philosophy is simple:
Everybody is unique, and every treatment should be unique.
This philosophy became the foundation of New Shape Center by Bouchra, where every
therapist is trained according to strict clinical protocols and every treatment is
personalized to achieve the safest and most effective results possible.
Bouchra’s Vision and Mission
My vision has always been to offer an experience, not simply a treatment.
I want every client who walks through the doors of New Shape to feel genuinely cared for
from the very first consultation until the end of their recovery journey.
For me, luxury is not defined by beautiful interiors or sophisticated equipment alone. True
luxury lies in expertise, compassion, attention to detail, and achieving exceptional results.
I also want to increase public awareness about the importance of the lymphatic system
and help people understand that Manual Lymphatic Drainage is much more than a
massage—it is an essential part of recovery, health, and overall well-being.
My commitment is to continuously travel, learn, and bring the newest evidence-based
techniques from around the world into every New Shape Center, ensuring that our clients
always receive the most advanced care available.
